Chenghai (Shantou, Guangdong) produces the majority of the world’s B/O and R/C toys, and our office sits in the middle of that factory cluster — so one inquiry gives you access to hundreds of battery operated lines: RC cars, electric role-play tools, wind-up animals, light-and-sound vehicles and more.
We work B2B only. Every quote includes carton dimensions, CBM, inner/outer pack and battery configuration, so your landed-cost calculation is ready before you commit. Mixed-container orders across several B/O SKUs (or combined with our educational, summer and doll ranges) are our specialty.

Chenghai’s supply chain is vertically complete: motors, gearboxes, PCBs, remote units and injection molds are all produced within a few kilometres of each other. That means lower unit costs, faster tooling changes and far more model variety than any single factory catalogue. As a local sourcing partner, we compare several factories per item, check which ones can actually produce test reports for your market, and track production so surprises stay off your container.
Most B/O items run 120–360 pieces per SKU (one or two export cartons). If you order a mixed container across several SKUs, we can often negotiate lower per-item quantities with the factories.
Yes — we arrange third-party testing (SGS/BV/TÜV and similar labs) per order and destination market, covering EN71, CE, ASTM F963, CPSIA, UKCA, INMETRO or NOM as required. Tell us your market and we quote testing together with the goods.
Both options are available. Many buyers ship without batteries to simplify sea freight; if batteries are included, we declare them correctly and use compliant packaging. Every quote states the battery configuration clearly.
